Job summary

PSG is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales and application of PSG products into refrigeration, HVAC/R, and cooling systems in the US. You will be the front-line driver for market development, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to grow existing accounts and secure new specifications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in refrigerations/industrial cooling sales, strong technical and consultative sales skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience selling into refrigeration, HVAC/R, cooling systems, or related markets.
• Strong technical and consultative sales capability with the ability to translate technical value into a commercial proposition.
• Self-sufficient, self-motivated and able to travel 50–75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for incremental sales growth in the US market across direct, OEM, and other channels.
• Develop and execute route‑to‑market strategies to maximize sustainable growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, engineers, contractors, and end users.
