Job summary

Based remotely with travel 50–75% domestically, you will collaborate with Marketing, Engineering and Finance to grow share, develop budgets, and capture specification opportunities while representing PSG at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in refrigeration/HVAC-R or related markets with OEM/system-integrator exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to develop OEM and contractor relationships and translate opportunities into sales.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental sales in US refrigeration and cooling markets.
• Develop route-to-market strategies with direct, OEM, and system-integrator channels.
• Create design-in opportunities with OEMs, A&E firms, and engineers.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and finance to support budgets and forecasts.
• Travel nationwide to engage customers and represent PSG at events.
