• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through referrals and outreach.
• Conduct site inspections, sales presentations, and capability briefings.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams on proposals.
• Own and manage KPIs including sales conversion and market share.
• Partner with national sales and event delivery teams to ensure client experiences.
