Job summary

Champions Club in Houston seeks a Sales Manager to lead hospitality sales for the hotel and poker club. You will target business and leisure segments, secure new and repeat bookings, and drive revenue for rooms, events, and group services.

As a company advocate, you will research community history to tailor experiences and build long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, while collaborating with operations for seamless event execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or group sales management.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, event planning, and group booking processes.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new social, corporate, association, travel agency, and group business opportunities for both our hotel and poker business.
• Lead sales efforts across group business, leisure, and various market segments.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
• Follow up on inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into group bookings.
• Engage in the local community through approved memberships and events.
• Drive sales by prospecting and securing new business and nurturing repeat clients.
