Job summary

Stay'd is seeking a Sales Manager to own sales operations and lead a 10+ person sales team. You will coach, optimize processes, and build SOPs to make high performance repeatable. You’ll ensure accurate forecasting and a data-driven culture while partnering with leadership and brand teams across the US.

The role is fully remote in the United States and requires Eastern Time hours. A strong background in CRM usage and KPI-driven coaching is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Sales Manager with a hands-on coaching style.
• Proven ability to improve team performance through coaching, processes and data.
• Experience building SOPs and running a team on clear KPIs.
• Comfort with a CRM and sales reporting.
• Clear, direct communication including hard conversations.
• Experience in short-term rentals or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales operations for Stay'd.
• Lead, manage and coach a team of 10+ sales agents.
• Set, track and report on team and individual KPIs.
• Create and maintain sales SOPs for repeatable performance.
• Identify blockers and fix them, whether skill, process or tool.
• Keep pipeline accurate and forecast honest.
• Recruit, onboard and develop agents as the team grows.
