Bosch Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager for Aerospace, Marine and Automotive segments. This fully remote role within the US requires prospecting, relationship building with distributors and direct accounts, and achieving annual sales targets.

The candidate will manage territories, develop business plans, and provide market feedback while coordinating with management and customers. Travel up to 50-60% is expected; a base salary range is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with proven sales accomplishments in Aerospace, Automotive and/or Marine industries.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related business field required.
• Abrasive sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual business plans for Aerospace, Marine and Automotive markets.
• Manage direct accounts and distributors, including key executive relationships.
• Achieve annual sales and profit goals through strategic promotion and customer service.
• Communicate market feedback, test new products, and report results to sales leadership.
• Organize conferences, trade shows, and customer training as needed.
