Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or sales leadership.
• Coaching and influencing sales professionals and implementing territory strategies to drive growth and customer service.
• Expertise in innovative approaches to insurance and financial services outcomes.
• Ability to recruit and select entrepreneurs looking to own their own business while contributing to the organization's success.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sales professionals and leaders to drive results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
