Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Sales Leader for the Wyoming sales territory to drive growth by applying deep market knowledge and effective agent sales consulting to elevate the customer experience and meet diverse needs.

You will coach agents on business management, oversee agent placement and development, and collaborate with senior leaders to maximize opportunities while maintaining licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or sales leadership.
• Experience coaching sales professionals and implementing territory strategies.
• Ability to recruit entrepreneurs to own their own business.
• Strong relationship-building with sales professionals, leaders and partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA licensing and necessary state licenses.
