State Farm is seeking a remote Sales Leader to drive territorial growth in the Wyoming market. You will coach agents, oversee placement and development, and apply market insights to deliver outstanding customer experiences and expand the independent contractor network.

The role requires FINRA licensing and state licenses (SIE, Series 6/63/65, Life/Health, P&C). Leadership, coaching, and entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or sales leadership.
• Strong track record of coaching sales professionals and implementing territory strategies.
• Ability to recruit entrepreneurs to own their own business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking.
