Responsibilities

• Track, follow up, and close sales leads in the franchise market.
• Inspect sites, identify issues, and create a scope of work for repair/remediation.
• Lead and collaborate with the franchise team; provide input and accept feedback.
• Participate in networking/marketing activities as time allows.
• Identify crawl space issues (moisture, rot, damage) and quantify repairs for pricing.
• Familiar with means, methods, and materials for crawl space repairs; develop solutions.
• Communicate findings to customers before, during, and after inspections.
• Coordinate with office staff and repair crews through the developed scope and plan.
