CSM Birmingham LLC is hiring a Sales Inspector to represent the Crawlspace Medic brand, perform thorough crawl space evaluations, and sell services. The role includes creating repair scopes, developing business opportunities, and supporting operations in the local market.

The ideal candidate blends strong people skills with excellent communication, technology comfort, and a proven sales mindset. Compensation includes base salary with performance bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Track, follow up, and close sales leads in the franchise market.
• Responsible for inspections: identify issues and create a scope of work for repair/remediation.
• Identify crawl space issues: moisture, wood damage, water intrusion, and structural problems.
• Develop and communicate solutions; explain findings to customers before and after inspections.
• Coordinate with office staff and repair crews through the scope of work and related visuals.
• Collaborate with local team to drive profitability and efficiencies; assist with dispatch.
