The role emphasizes sales capability with the potential for commissions and bonuses, targeting performance-based total compensation of $100,000–$200,000+ annually.

• Willingness to inspect crawl spaces and identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Track, follow up, and close sales leads in the franchise market.
• Inspections: identify issues and create scope of work for repair/remediation.
• Identify crawl space issues: moisture, water intrusion, rot, structural issues.
• Determine health of crawl space environment and quantify repairs for pricing.
• Develop solutions and communicate findings to customers and teams.
• Collaborate with franchise team and local market operations to drive profitability.
• Maintain sales metrics within expectations.
