Univar Solutions is seeking a Sales General Manager to oversee the sales team and collaborate with senior management to drive revenue and client relationships from a home-based role in Cincinnati, OH and surrounding markets.

You will design sales strategies, lead recruiting and coaching, monitor market trends, manage the budget, and report insights to executives while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field, or 10+ years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience leading B2B sales organizations with 5+ years in sales leadership; chemical sales is a plus.
• Experience with customer and territory management and pricing/marketing strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
