Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in insurance/business administration.
• At least three years of vice president or team-level support experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Insurance designations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to Sales & Distribution leadership, including calendar management, meetings, communications, and correspondence.
• Coordinate executive travel, process invoices, and assist with budget-related activities.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Executive Coordinators, and regional support teams to streamline processes.
• Maintain a regional calendar of key internal and external events for field teams.
• Coordinate the annual CIAB agenda, field visits, and agency meetings with leadership.
• Support internal, agency, and conference events including logistics and onsite coordination.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and progress.
• Support Internal Audit requests and track deliverables with regional teams.
• Organize recurring meetings, develop agendas, and coordinate follow-up actions.
