Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of policy administration experience in life insurance and annuities; contact center experience preferred.
• LOMA coursework and ACS designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees workload and performance of Policy Administration and Contact Center teams.
• Monitors performance goals, conducts reviews, and recommends salary adjustments.
• Owns workforce management, staffing forecasts, and real-time scheduling against demand.
• Develops procedures and compliance with contract provisions, privacy, and mandates.
• Leads continuous improvement and oversees customer experience across teams.
