Job summary

Talanto in the United States is seeking a Sales Engineering Coordinator to support the Sales Engineering team through the sales cycle, coordinating project activities, and preparing technical documentation. This remote role emphasizes collaboration with Sales Engineers, Representatives, and Operations to design customer-focused solutions.

The position involves developing BOMs, estimates, and materials, organizing project records, and presenting materials to customers.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), network and wireless designs, estimates, and proposals.
• Prepare and organize technical and sales-related project materials.
• Support the development of customer-focused solutions that align with project requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Participate in customer site walks and site surveys for design input and planning.
• Attend internal and customer-facing meetings with Sales Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
• Prepare and present project materials, design concepts, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the process.
