Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Sales Engineering Coordinator to support solution development and coordinate project activities across the sales engineering team. This remote role focuses on BOM creation, design collaboration, and accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle.

You will work with Senior Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, and Operations to ensure high-quality customer solutions and successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), network and wireless system designs, estimates, and budgetary proposals.
• Assist in preparing and organizing technical and sales materials.
• Support development of customer-focused solutions that align with project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and standards.
• Participate in customer site walks and meetings to gather necessary information.
• Prepare and present project materials, design concepts, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, estimates, and related documentation.
• Organize and manage project information for accuracy and accessibility.
