Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Sales Engineering Coordinator to support the Sales Engineering team from a remote location within the Continental US. You will coordinate project activities, prepare technical documentation, and help develop customer-focused solutions alongside Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), network and wireless system designs, project estimates, and budgetary proposals.
• Assist in preparing and organizing technical and sales materials.
• Support development of customer-focused solutions aligned with project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and standards.
• Participate in customer site walks and surveys for design inputs and planning.
• Attend meetings with Sales Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams and present project materials.
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, estimates, and related documentation.
• Support coordination and administrative activities for the Sales Engineering team.
