FUCHS Lubricants Co. is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our national team. This remote, field-based role reports to the National Sales Manager and requires blending technical aptitude with effective account development to grow new business and manage existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales, strong consultative skills, and the ability to travel frequently within the U.S. The compensation includes a base salary in the $115,000–$125,000 range plus a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and account development.
• Proven ability to initiate, manage and close sales processes.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at regional industry events and tradeshows.
• Conduct client training and product demonstrations onsite or remotely.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of key accounts' activities, portfolio, and applications.
• Drive profitable growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborate with design engineering and product teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Travel approximately 30% within the U.S.
