Job summary

Blink is hiring a Sales Engineer to bridge technical and business teams, guiding customers through discovery, demos, and POCs. You’ll translate security challenges into automated solutions, shaping outcomes with Blink’s platform and no-code workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in technical pre-sales within cybersecurity, strong SIEM/EDR knowledge, and experience integrating tools via APIs. This is a remote role with preference for MN, WI, or St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering or pre-sales roles in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, GRC workflows.
• Proficiency with APIs, data formats (JSON, YAML) and data manipulation tools like jq.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and business discovery to identify automation opportunities and outcomes.
• Deliver platform demos aligning automation with real-world security goals.
• Lead and execute POCs, guiding use-case design and success criteria.
• Build autonomous agents and deterministic workflows using Blink’s UI for automation logic.
• Collaborate with customers to integrate Blink with SIEM, IAM, EDR, cloud, GRC and ticketing tools.
