twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a REMOTE Sales Engineer for the New England territory. This field-based role focuses on direct sales of precision capital equipment, primarily coating thickness measurement devices, to manufacturing and quality-driven environments.

You’ll inherit a profitable territory, engage with engineers, quality managers, plant leadership, and procurement teams, and balance technical aptitude with commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Assoc or BEng)
• Willingness to travel ~50% within multi-state territory
• Strong communication and presentation skills for demos and proposals
• Experience with CRM and sales processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell capital equipment and instrumentation to end users in New England
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailored sales presentations
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and manage pipeline activity
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on inquiries
• Provide technical support on specifications and applications
• Monitor market trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize qualified lead generation
