Ergon Inc is seeking an experienced outside Sales Area Manager to cover the New England territory (CT, MA, NH, RI, VT). The role is fully remote with frequent travel and a company vehicle provided.

You will manage existing customers and develop new business for pavement repair materials and equipment, conduct demonstrations, and train customers on products. Extensive travel and field work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent outside sales experience.
• Valid US Driver's license and clean driving record.
• 3–5 years minimum outside sales experience (B2B and B2C).
• Experience selling to government agencies; government contract and bid experience a plus.
• DOT Drivers Health Card and insurable driving record are required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory management strategy for your sales territory to meet/exceed goals and elevate our brand.
• Responsible for sales, training and demonstrations of all products under the direction of the Regional Manager, for pavement industry equipment and materials.
• Increase sales and profitability across products and brands with government agencies, airports, engineers, contractors and new markets.
• Maintain regular contact with customers through visits and calls to meet needs and sales targets.
• Train and demonstrate to educate customers on all products via seminars, demonstrations, start-ups and new product introductions.
• Complete required paperwork and reports (CRM, quotes, bids, pricing, forecasts, travel & expense reports).
