Job summary

Sunbird Software Inc. is seeking an early-career Sales Engineer to support the sales team with technical discovery, demos, and POC activities. This role partners with senior SEs and Account Managers to learn consultative selling and gain hands-on experience with Sunbird's solutions and customer use cases.

The position is remote within the United States, with travel up to 15-20% as needed. You will contribute to presales engagements, documentation, and CRM tracking as part of a growing SE team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a technical or customer-facing role.
• Foundational IT infrastructure knowledge.
• English fluency required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer demonstrations and prepare environments.
• Support POC activities for small to midsize clients.
• Serve as technical support resource to sales team.
• Maintain demo labs and assets up to date.
• Assist with technical RFP responses.
• Update CRM records in HubSpot.
• Contribute to SE documentation repository.
