Job summary

Engage PSG Search is seeking a seasoned technical sales leader to serve as the principal technical expert for identity and fraud opportunities. You will guide the technology evaluation, tailor demos to real client use cases, and collaborate with account executives to drive value-based conversations.

The role is fully remote within the United States, with travel a few times per month for client engagements and industry events.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in sales engineering, solutions consulting or technical sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in risk, data, credit or a related vertical.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events a few times a month.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Act as the translator between the customer's analytics and technical environment and the solutions on offer.
• Own the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycle as the primary technical expert and product advocate.
• Support Account Executives and Solution Specialists on value based product and solution presentations and demonstrations.
• Design the data, analytics and technical analyses that identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Shape demos around the customer's real use cases rather than a standard script.
• Build go-to relationships with the analytics and technology influencers and buyers inside customer organizations.
• Develop deep working knowledge of the business, analytics and technical environment of covered accounts.
• Become the trusted technical adviser on the client side, with economic and technical buyers both.
