Job summary

DESOTEC is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth across the West Coast by selling mobile filtration solutions. This role blends engineering insight with strong commercial acumen to identify customer needs, design engineered filtration responses, and close opportunities for significant annual revenue.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and at least 3 years of sales experience selling engineered or technical solutions, with 50–70% regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience.
• Must reside in the West Coast region, preferably southern California.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory revenue targets.
• Focus on selling mobile filtration solutions to new customers and expansion projects.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
• Serve as the technical expert and provide consultative solution recommendations.
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and technical presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to closing and maintain CRM records.
