Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Sales Engineer/Manager to drive filtration product sales across Southeast Asia. You will identify opportunities, develop OEM relationships, and coordinate with global teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years in hydraulic/process filtration sales, a mechanical engineering background, and 70% travel across SEA. Strong English communication and proven value-selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a sales engineer/manager in hydraulic/process filtration
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time for customer visits across Southeast Asia
• Experience selling filtration products to automotive, food & beverage, chemical, paper, steel, power plants, and other industrial/process/hydraulic industries
• Practical experience of filter solution selling (demo tests, field tests, pilot scale tests)
• Channel management experience
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Promote filtration products and applications in industrial and hydraulics markets across Southeast Asia
• Identify and develop new opportunities and deliver value propositions
• Achieve annual sales and order targets for the region
• Develop OEMs within the region and pursue proactive customer visits
• Prepare sales and order forecasts for region/customer/market
• Coordinate with local, regional, and global teams for technical and commercial inquiries
