Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist based in the United States to grow technical sales in the natural gas distribution market, translating customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, product development, and operations teams to deliver presentations, identify opportunities, and support deals through to order closure. The role is fully remote in the U.S. with training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical sales or supporting mechanical, electronic, or computing solutions.
• Experience in energy distribution, utilities, natural gas, or related markets preferred.
• Ability to explain complex products to customers with varied technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining product capabilities to customers.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess requirements and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and development teams to support sales.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities through prospecting and contracting.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and marketing insights.
• Train and support sales team with technical knowledge.
• Travel across North America and internationally as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain customer relationships toward sales targets.
