Job summary

Varonis in Boston seeks a Sales Engineer with strong cloud and cybersecurity expertise to support our sales organization. You will conduct product demos, craft architecture‑level proposals, and guide customers through secure cloud deployments.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into compelling technical solutions, stay ahead of industry trends, and contribute to revenue growth while representing Varonis with professionalism.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in sales engineering or pre-sales focusing on cloud and cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and cybersecurity principles.
Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Deliver in-depth product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Develop technical proposals with architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
Advise customers on data security, cloud computing, and best practices.
Assist in sales strategies and account planning to hit revenue targets.
Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Provide feedback to product management on customer needs.
