Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• ≥3 years in a sales engineering or pre-sales role focused on cloud and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with SaaS like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
• Experience with data security concepts, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex tech.
• Willingness to travel to support sales activities.
• Client-facing with relationship-building and results orientation.
• Certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting value and capabilities.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and integration strategies.
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers on data security, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide feedback to product management on customer requirements and market trends.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote Varonis solutions.
• Support and drive sales activity to over-achieve targets.
