Job summary

CoLab Software Inc. is seeking a remote-friendly Sales Engineer to bridge product, sales, and customer success for mechanical engineering teams. You will craft tailored demonstrations, translate engineering challenges into business value, and guide customers through evaluation periods.

You will work with product and sales to advance adoption and optimize the customer experience across complex use cases. The role emphasizes a hands-on, cross-functional approach with travel for on-sites, team

Qualifications

Broad industry exposure in automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, medical devices, or similar complex mechanical space.
Able to translate engineering problems into business outcomes for varied audiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver engaging, tailored demos showing CoLab's value.
Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to solve customer problems.
Understand current-state workflows and map them to CoLab capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on AI in mechanical engineering today and tomorrow.
Collaborate with Product on new initiatives reflecting customer needs.
Share customer insights with Product and help drive adoption.
Provide cross-functional instruction on engineering topics to internal teams.
Support GTM strategy and enhance the customer experience with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product.
