ViaCord is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Leader to build and lead a scalable enablement function that drives sales effectiveness, productivity, and performance. This role will develop and execute the sales enablement strategy, including onboarding, training, coaching, sales methodology, content, and performance programs that help sales teams and leaders achieve business objectives.

As the architect of ViaCord's Sales Excellence framework, this individual will partner closely with Sales

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in sales, sales enablement, commercial operations, or related experience.
• 5+ years in sales training, coaching, enablement, or performance development.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the sales enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, CX, and others to improve effectiveness.
• Design onboarding, training programs, certifications, and coaching resources.
• Create and maintain enablement content, playbooks, tools, and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement with business priorities and measure impact.
