Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in digital technology and RF solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop account plans and implement effective sales strategies.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital modems and RF solutions to customers across North America.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets.
• Engage directly with customers to understand needs, provide product recommendations, quote, and close sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing relationships with existing accounts.
• Set sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts in Salesforce and leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to coordinate customer needs.
• Support travel and online meetings as required to meet objectives.
