Qualifications

• Experience selling RF and microwave technologies to OEM customers.
• Strong understanding of RF/microwave engineering and applications.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage long, complex sales cycles.
• Experience with CRM systems and opportunity forecasting.
• Ability to work remotely across the USA and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across aerospace, defence, satellite communications, medical and electronics markets.
• Build long-term relationships with engineering, procurement and executive stakeholders inside OEMs and system integrators.
• Manage complex design-in opportunities from initial engagement to production orders.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations identifying RF and microwave solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to support customer requirements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive activity and opportunity management.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and opportunity reporting.
• Attend meetings, trade exhibitions and industry events across North America.
