Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Sales Director, Retail - Northeast, to drive revenue growth in the Northeast region of the United States. The role partners with a high-performing sales team to engage owners and key decision-makers of independent pharmacy locations, crafting compelling proposals and business cases.

You will apply financial modeling and ROI analysis to support sales efforts, while maintaining strong relationships across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. independent retail pharmacy market.
• Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Northeast.
• Develop and present proposals and business cases to prospects and customers.
• Expand accounts and consistently hit quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Travel up to 35% within the United States as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity and pipeline.
• Provide field insights and competitive intelligence to shape strategies.
