Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in business administration.
- 4+ years of strategic sales experience in B2B in multifamily/senior living.
- Proven ability to manage accounts, negotiate, and close deals with top enterprise buyers.
- Experience with video services, IoT, and smart-building tech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across multifamily and senior living markets.
- Close large, complex opportunities with national/regional owners and managers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
