Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This remote senior role focuses on complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders across portfolios.

You will close $1M+ annual deals, expanding locations and services as groups sign. No direct reports; you will be an individual contributor responsible for strategy and execution on high-value accounts.

Formación

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise settings.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with input from multiple decision-makers.
• Preference for closing business over managing people.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion across locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling deals.
