Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a charismatic Sales and Marketing Director to join our leadership team in Florida. You will drive top-line revenue by managing occupancy and rate targets, leading direct selling and business development, and guiding the annual marketing plan.

As part of the leadership team, you will oversee the marketing budget, analyze competitive positioning, and coordinate resident referral activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Senior Living sales or related field.
• Proven track record of success in occupancy and business development.
• Strong knowledge of competitor services, rates and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct selling, business development and achieving quotas/ratios.
• Maintain an up-to-date YARDI database.
• Develop annual marketing plan, advertising strategy and department budget.
