Job summary

Apartments.com is seeking a Regional Director to lead growth in multifamily marketing and Market Analytics across a regional team. The role involves expanding revenues by selling advertising and info subscriptions to new clients and increasing existing customer value.

You will manage a team of Sales Associates, drive product adoption, and maintain high levels of customer service and renewal rates, while coaching and developing your sales force.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a front-line sales leadership role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• 3+ years managing a team of 5+ employees and driving performance.
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business.
• Transactional, fast-paced sales with short cycle times.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact salespeople.
• Spend 3–4 days per week in the field coaching teams.
• Win new client relationships while growing existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets and standards are met.
• Lead weekly activities and CRM usage to track pipelines and accounts.
• Develop and mentor team members and reinforce CoStar culture.
