Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Sales Director for North America within its Advanced Technology Solutions unit. This remote role targets industrial and power infrastructure markets, driving strategic opportunities and executive-level engagements across major accounts.

You will manage complex deals, cultivate mobilizers, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and margin targets, with 50–60% travel and a global perspective.

Qualifications

• Challenger Sales or similar solutions selling methodologies are preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills for executive engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and close high-complexity deals.
• Experience selling in global, matrix organizations with remote teams.
• Understanding of electronics/ electromechanical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and identify mobilizers.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within accounts; hunt for new target accounts.
• Lead sales engagements and deliver compelling business proposals and RFQ responses.
• Maintain revenue accountability and margin targets; drive value-based dialogues.
