Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth in the logistics and transportation sector from Denver, CO, with remote flexibility. You will lead strategic account development, nurture existing relationships, and close new business with a consultative approach.

Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, plus mileage reimbursement and a 20% gross profit commission, full benefits for you and dependents, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience within logistics / transportation.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and business development activities

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business by identifying new customers and close them using consultative sales techniques.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts or territories to achieve revenue, volume, and margin objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings, calls, and proactive communication.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prospect and secure new customers while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
