Job summary

Huzzle seeks a high-energy Sales Development Representative to act as the frontline for our electrical services team. You will own the front-end sales pipeline, responding promptly to inquiries to ensure premium customer experiences and timely bookings.

You will coordinate schedules, manage deposits in the CRM, and work across channels to move leads to closed deals in a fast-paced environment. This fully remote role offers growth with growing home service businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Professional fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with proactive problem-solving and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively during US business hours as needed.
• Strong rapport-building skills and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.
• Background in home services or electrical industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lead generation lifecycle, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Drive revenue by following up on unsold estimates and securing bookings.
• Coordinate deposits and manage the closing process within the CRM.
• Set and manage high-quality appointments to optimize the technical team's schedule.
• Act as central dispatcher, coordinating technician schedules and updates.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and pipeline stages.
