ElevenLabs is seeking a Sales Development Lead to drive our SDR team to the next growth stage. You will shape outbound strategy, scale processes, and collaborate with Account Executives to fuel pipeline and growth across global markets.

You will lead onboarding, coaching, and continued development of high-performing SDRs in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role is remote-first within the United States.

Competenze

• 4+ years in sales or business development; 1–2 years in management
• Proven excellence with deal closing
• Experience with outbound prospecting to technical/enterprise personas
• Deep AI fluency and builder experience
• Experience managing high-performing SDR/BDR teams in fast-growing tech environments
• Skilled in sales metrics, CRM/reporting tools, and modern outreach techniques
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
