Closets by Design is seeking a friendly, coachable designer to help clients organize their homes. This role offers hybrid remote work, pre-set appointments, and comprehensive training with no prior experience required.

You'll tour homes with clients, educate them on our products, and build rapport to tailor custom storage solutions. Flexible schedule, mentorship, and opportunities to advance are available.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Follow training and use communication skills to assist residential customers with home organization.
