Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. You’ll enjoy a flexible, hybrid work setup with pre-set appointments near your home and complete sales and design training, no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, presenting products, and guiding homeowners through installations. The role emphasizes a coachable mindset, reliable transportation, and a friendly, solutions‑oriented

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates are sought.
• 16-week paid sales training is provided.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads and materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our sales training and assist residential customers with home organization.
