Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments near your location. You will receive comprehensive sales and design training, and no prior experience is required.

We provide a direct training path, a hybrid remote position with a flexible schedule, and ongoing mentorship. Expect a collaborative environment, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates sought.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
