Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. You will work from home with pre-set appointments and receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

You can enjoy a flexible hybrid remote setup, with paid 16-week sales training and ongoing mentorship. Direct path to advancement, training, and support from your Sales Manager are part of the role.

Qualifications

• No degree or prior sales experience required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates with a growth mindset.
• Must be willing to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Requires reliable access to motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
