Closets by Design is hiring a Design Consultant/Sales Representative to help clients organize their homes. You will handle appointments, build rapport, assess home needs, and educate customers on our products. No prior sales experience is required, and a 16-week training program supports your development.

The role offers a hybrid remote setup, a flexible schedule, and a clear path toward senior roles with pay/bonus increases as you grow.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for smart, outgoing, coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week sales training.
• Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all appointments and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help clients with their home organizational needs.
