Closets by Design is seeking a designer/sales representative to help clients organize their homes. This role offers pre-set appointments near your home, comprehensive sales and design training, and the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid schedule.

No prior degree or sales experience is required; candidates should be coachable and eager to complete the 13-week paid training with ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Coachable candidates sought.
• Willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided.
• Build rapport to understand customer organizational needs.
