Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative to help clients organize their homes from a home-based setup. You’ll receive pre-set appointments, comprehensive sales and design training, and a path to advance with pay/bonus increases.

No degree or prior sales experience is required; the role emphasizes coachability, reliability, and willingness to complete the 16-week paid training. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

• Coachable candidates with a growth mindset.
• Must complete 16 weeks of paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided.
• Build rapport to understand customer organizational needs.
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities for organization.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to help residential customers.
