Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative to help clients organize their homes. The role offers hybrid remote work with pre-set appointments close to your home and comprehensive sales and design training, so no prior experience is required.

You’ll build rapport with customers, educate them on our products, and guide them through the design process, while enjoying a performance-based bonus, competitive salary, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates with growth mindset.
• Willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
